Why people move

No egress charge

Reads are free at any volume. We shape at the port, we do not meter your bandwidth. A bucket serving 40 TB a month costs the same as one serving 40 GB.

Really S3

Signature v4, multipart upload, presigned URLs, versioning, object lock and lifecycle rules. If your SDK speaks S3, it speaks to us.

Two regions, one namespace

Create a bucket in ams or waw. Optional async replication keeps a second copy in the other region.

Keys with scope

Every key is bound to a bucket, a prefix and a verb set. Rotate from the console or by API, old keys expire on a schedule you set.
